Visiting the Port

What can I visit at the Port?

The western end of Victoria Quay is open to the public. See the Maps and Directions section or the Fremantle Inner Harbour map.

Security fencing surrounds the eastern area of Victoria Quay, which is a port operational area and not open to the public.

The Fremantle Passenger Terminal is located on Victoria Quay. Information on how to get to the terminal is here. The Fremantle Train Station is also close to the Fremantle Passenger Terminal.

The E Shed Markets, the Western Australian Maritime Museum, Sail Training Ship Leeuwin (B Shed), Rottnest Island Authority (E Shed) and O'Connor Landing (ferry services) are located at the western end of Victoria Quay. You can either walk across the footbridge from the train station or drive along Phillimore Street towards the administration building and park near the building. Ticketed parking and disabled parking facilities are available.
