There is no formal appeal provision against another candidate, applicants however have a right to lodge a grievance if they consider there has been a breach of selection standards.

Any such grievance to be forwarded to the Chief Executive Officer, Fremantle Ports, 1 Cliff Street, Fremantle WA 6160 outlining the nature of the breach. The breach claim will be investigated and the applicant informed of the outcome.
