Our People Plan
The people who work at Fremantle Ports are our most important and valuable resource. At Fremantle Ports we have developed a people plan to ensure that we can make the best use of our people in a way that provides the most benefit to each individual and to our organisation. Acknowledgement of Business Excellence
In June 2007 Fremantle Ports became the first organisation in Western Australia to be recognised at Gold Award level in the 18 year history of this rigorous Australian Business Excellence Awards program. As well as receiving the Gold Award, Fremantle Ports was also awarded the Australian Business Excellence Medal as the highest scoring applicant in the 2007 awards process, and received the People Award for best practice in human resource management.
Leading Lights Leadership Program
Leadership is not just about being in charge, supervising or having responsibility for a team.
