The Fremantle Ports website records your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes: the user’s server address, the user’s top level domain name (eg. .com, .gov, .au, etc.), the date and time of the visit to the website, the pages accessed and documents downloaded, the previous website visited and the type of browser used. No attempt is being made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider’s logs. This website does not use cookies.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to any services on Fremantle Ports’ website then your email address and other personal information you may provide will be maintained on our mailing list. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to a mailing list, unless you have given specific permission as part of the requested service. Your email address is confidential. We will not use or disclose your email address to any third party without your explicit consent, nor will you get any unsolicited bulk email (also known as ‘spam’) with any commercial offers or advertisements.

Competition Entries
 
We may collect personal data from you for the purpose of running a competition.  The data is used solely for selecting and notifying winners and any personal identifying data is disposed of after the competition process has been completed. We may retain non-identifying data for statistics purposes (such as suburb and postcode). Any data collected is used solely by Fremantle Ports and is not distributed to any third party.
 
MSIC Privacy
 
Fremantle Ports is an approved Issuing Body for Maritime Security Identification Cards (MSIC). The MSIC centre is a separate entity and therefore, has separate privacy requirements. View the MSIC Privacy page here.
