Slip Street Precinct

Challenger TAFE's award-winning Maritime Building in Fleet Street
The character of Slip Street is a unique industrial streetscape. Its preservation and enhancement will provide a significant contribution to the establishment of the precinct's identity.

Challenger TAFE's new Maritime Building was officially opened in 2005. Designed by architects Cox Howlett and Bailey Woodland, who designed the Maritime Museum, the building has won two architectural design and construction awards.
