The Port of Fremantle comprises the Inner Harbour at Fremantle and the Outer Harbour at Kwinana.
Operational areas, which include North Quay, the eastern end of Victoria Quay in Fremantle and the Kwinana facilities, are not open to the public but you are invited to visit the western end of historic Victoria Quay.
This area is gradually being redeveloped into a prime waterfront destination for locals and visitors. It already features the WA Maritime Museum, E Shed Markets and B Shed Ferry Terminal.
If you need to visit an operational area and you do not have a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) with port access, you will need to be escorted by someone who does. See Escort application form.
