WA Port Operations Taskforce

The WA Port Operations Taskforce is an industry consultative body that provides a forum for identification, discussion and resolution of port-related issues.

Membership is drawn from across industry and includes representatives of the road transport industry and customs brokers/freight forwarders, stevedores, container park operators, shipping lines, shippers, Fremantle Ports and relevant Government agencies. It was established in 1987. Fremantle Ports hosts and funds the taskforce.

The taskforce meets every two months to consider reports on key issues and determine actions to be undertaken.
