A marina proposed for Rous Head Harbour at Fremantle has the potential to include more than 100 boat pens as well as other facilities such as cafes, offices and tourism-based uses.
Public access to North Mole and Rous Head Harbour will be much improved by a new road to be built around the edge of the land reclaimed in 2010 as part of the deepening of Fremantle Inner Harbour and approach channels.
